Food that fuels you.
Right down to the molecule.
Fuel the body that does it all.
I'm Emma. Hyrox World Champion 2026, world record holder and nutrition coach, at 50. I help women train harder, recover faster and feel strong on a plan that fits real life. No fads, no guilt, no overwhelm.
A meal is a dose. We should know what is in it.
Every plate delivers a specific quantity of the things your body is either short of or swimming in. Coaching without measuring is guessing at the dose.
-
UKAS-accredited lab
Analysed to ISO 15189, the standard your GP’s bloods go through.
-
Clinician reviewed
Every result checked by a qualified clinician before it reaches you.
-
Food first, always
A supplement only where the plate genuinely cannot close the gap.
-
Re-tested at 12 weeks
The same markers again, so the change is measured rather than assumed.
Coaching built to unlock energy, strength and staying power in women who refuse to slow down.
Whether you're chasing a PB, juggling family and fitness or simply want more energy, we start where you are and build habits that genuinely last.
Everything I teach is rooted in elite experience and tested under real pressure, then made simple enough to live with, week after week.
Test. Fuel. Supplement. Re-test.
Four steps, in that order. Most coaching starts at step two and never reaches step four, which is exactly why so much of it stops working after a month.

Test, don’t guess
A ten-minute finger-prick test at your kitchen table, analysed by a UKAS-accredited UK lab. Iron, vitamin D, thyroid, B12, your omega-6:3 balance, the things that quietly decide whether training makes you fitter or just tired.
Fuel around your real week
Your food does the heavy lifting. Personalised targets, meals you actually enjoy, and a strategy for training days, rest days and race days, built to fit your life rather than fight it.
Close the gaps food can’t
Only where your results genuinely call for it. Usually that’s two things, sometimes none, vitamin D through a British winter, omega-3 if your ratio is off, iron if your ferritin says so. Never a cupboard full of hope.
Re-test, and see it move
Twelve weeks later, the same markers again. This is the step almost nobody does, and it’s the one that turns “I think I feel better” into proof, and tells us exactly what to change next.
Strength is built in the kitchen as much as the gym.
Over a decade at the edge of endurance taught me one truth: how you fuel is the difference between surviving your training and thriving in it. Now I coach women to do exactly that.
- Lived experience, not just theory
Hyrox World Champion 2026 and a world-record endurance background, I've fuelled for the start line myself.
- Made for women's bodies
Training, hormones and recovery considered together, never an afterthought.
- Simple & supportive
Clear plans, steady accountability, zero judgement. Progress over perfection.

BMI is only one small piece of the picture, but it's a friendly starting point. Use my calculator, then let's talk about what really matters: how you feel, train and recover.
What BMI cannot see
It is one ratio of height to weight, worked out in the 1830s on a population, not on you. Four things it misses entirely:
- MuscleA woman who lifts often reads “overweight” on paper and is nothing of the kind.
- Where the weight sitsWaist measurement tells you more about health risk than BMI ever will.
- What you are made ofTwo women at the same number can have very different body composition.
- How you actually feelEnergy, sleep, recovery and strength — the things you came for.
