Hyrox World Champion 2025 & 2026

From the start line to your kitchen.

I didn't learn nutrition from a textbook alone, I learned it chasing records, pushing my body to its limits, and discovering what it really takes to perform and recover as a woman.

Hi, I'm Emma.

For over a decade I've lived the athlete's life, the early mornings, the brutal sessions, the highs of a podium and the lessons of every setback. As Hyrox World Champion in 2025 and again in 2026, an endurance athlete and a two-time world record holder, I learned that talent and training will only carry you so far. What you put on your plate is what carries you the rest of the way.

When I first started out, I fuelled badly and paid for it, flat sessions, slow recovery, energy that vanished when I needed it most. Once I understood how to truly nourish my body, everything changed. I want every woman to feel that same shift.

Today I coach women who train, runners, lifters, Hyrox athletes, busy mums, first-timers, to fuel with confidence. No fads. No guilt. Just a simple, supportive plan built around your body, your goals and your life.

Four podiums

Third, then second, then first, then the world

Nothing here happened in one jump. The training changed far less than the fuelling did — so here is the fuelling, step by step, with the podiums it produced underneath.

Illustrative, and deliberately not a training log — the shape is the point rather than any individual week. Progress was not a staircase: there were blocks that went backwards, a winter where the iron ran down, and stretches where nothing seemed to move. What changed across the three years was the floor, not the ceiling — the bad weeks stopped being as bad, because the fuelling underneath them got more reliable.

    Third

Hyrox London, and the first time on a podium. Immediately certain there was more in there.

  2. Emma Reeve with the second-place flag at Hyrox London02

    Second

The same event, one step higher. The training barely changed; what I ate around it did.

  3. Emma Reeve holding the first-place flag, pro women 50 to 5401

    First

Top of the pro women’s 50–54 field. The first time fuelling felt like an advantage.

What I believe

Coaching built on three promises

Promise 01

No judgement, ever

This is a safe, supportive space. We celebrate progress over perfection and build habits you'll actually keep.

Promise 02

Real life first

This isn’t a diet. Your plan fits around work, family and the foods you love, never a rigid menu you can’t sustain past Tuesday.

Promise 03

Performance proven

Everything I teach is rooted in elite experience and tested under pressure, at the very edge of what the body can do.

The journey

Athlete first. Coach by calling.

The athlete

Years spent training and racing at the highest level, chasing records and learning my body inside out.

The titles

Two world records, then the Hyrox World Championshipship in 2026, proof of what's possible when training and nutrition finally work together.

The lesson

Realising that fuelling, not just effort, was the missing piece for so many women around me.

The coach

Turning everything I've lived into simple, supportive coaching that helps women and men thrive.
