Omega Balance
Your omega-6 to omega-3 ratio and the fatty acids behind it, the single clearest read on how inflammatory your diet currently is, and the fastest one to shift.
Best if you want one clear number to move, and proof it moved.
Home / Testing
Optional · for those who want the detailCoaching works perfectly well without this. But if you are the sort who wants the detail rather than the summary, a finger-prick test at home turns an educated guess into a measurement — what your body is actually short of, not what a magazine thinks you might be.
One is low in iron and running on empty. One has plenty of iron and is short on vitamin D through a British winter. Give them the same advice and you help one and waste the other's year.
Testing takes about ten minutes at your kitchen table. What comes back is a baseline we can actually coach from, and something to measure against when we re-test.
The kit arrives by post. You take the sample at home and send it back in the pre-paid envelope.
Samples are analysed by a UKAS-accredited lab with clinical oversight, the same standard your GP's bloods go through.
A results call where we go through every marker together and turn it into a plan you can start that week.

Order through me and a kit is posted to you, usually within a couple of days. Everything is in the box: lancets, the collection tube, a wipe, a plaster and a pre-paid return envelope.
A finger-prick sample, first thing in the morning, before you eat. No needles in the arm, no clinic, no day off work. Warm hands and a glass of water make it far easier than you'd expect.
Post it back the same day. Your sample is analysed by a UKAS-accredited UK laboratory, with results checked by a qualified clinician before they're released.
A 45-minute call where we go through every marker: what's optimal, what's merely "in range", and what's quietly holding your training back. No jargon, no scare tactics, just what your numbers mean for you.
Your protocol starts with what you eat: the meals, timing and portions that move the markers we care about. Where food realistically can't close a gap, vitamin D in a British January, say, we add a targeted supplement, and only then.
Twelve weeks later we test the same markers again. This is the part nobody does, and it's the part that matters: proof that what you changed actually worked, in your blood, not just in how you think you feel.
Start narrow or start wide. Every panel comes with a results call and a written protocol, the test on its own is only half of it.

The markers that decide whether training makes you fitter or just makes you tired. Built around the things that actually go wrong in women who train hard.
The one most women should start with.
Everything in the Performance panel plus hormones, metabolic and liver markers, the deep baseline for anyone in a hard training block, perimenopause, or simply wanting the whole map.
Best paired with monthly coaching and a re-test at twelve weeks.
Panel pricing is confirmed on your discovery call and depends on the lab partner and panel size. Testing is available to coaching clients and as a standalone service.
Home testing only means something if the analysis behind it is serious. Every sample goes to a UKAS-accredited UK laboratory operating to ISO 15189, and every result is reviewed by a qualified clinician before it reaches you.
This is nutritional testing, not medical diagnosis. Results are used to guide your nutrition and training. They are not a diagnosis, and nothing here replaces advice from your GP or specialist.
Please speak to your doctor before making changes if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking prescribed medication, or managing a diagnosed condition. If a result suggests something that needs medical review, I will refer you on. Read the full health disclaimer →
Book a free discovery call and we'll choose the right panel for where you are, or talk about whether you need one at all.
Tell me which markers matter to you and where to send the kit. I confirm the panel, the price and the lab in writing before anything is charged or posted.
